Structural Integration Series is a sequence of ten sessions, focusing on specific regions of the body to restore postural balance by aligning and integrating the body in gravity. The Ten Series is based on Dr. Rolf teachings and her insights into anatomical, physiological and kinesthetic relationships with respect to the way a body relates to itself.
