Cupping involves placing glass, bamboo or plastic jars on the skin and creating a vacuum by suctioning out the air. The underlying tissue is raised, or sucked, partway into the cup. You will usually feel a tight sensation in the area of the cup, often this sensation is relaxing and soothing. Depending on your comfort and your practitioner’s assessment of the problem, cups may be moved around or left in place. They may remain on your body briefly or for longer amounts of time. Each treatment is unique to you on that particular day. One very common area to be cupped is the back, although cups work well on other areas, too — particularly on fleshy sections of the body.

Difficult to find someone who not only knows what they are doing but cares just as much about the work they do. Tina is that person. You’d be hard pressed to find better!

Had gone to a number of places (massage, chiro , acupuncture, etc) in search of relief - but none of those services compared to the immediate relief i felt after just one session with Tina! I have been coming back ever since.

I don’t ever leave reviews but Tina is just too good to not boast about. If you’re looking for someone that loves and knows exactly what she is doing and can fix basically whatever is bothering you then Tina is the person for you. From cupping to stretching (and even both) she has it covered. Been going for about a year and I’m wondering why I didn’t try this earlier. My muscle pliability and flexibility all improved thanks to my visits to the stretchboss!
